🔪 DIFFERENCE between STEAKs
👉 RIB-EYE: The front part of the loin with the 'L' shaped bone. Here the sirloin has greater marbling and softness. The steak best suited to meat lovers.
👉 FIORENTINA: Also called T-Bone. In addition to having the rib muscle we also have the fillet which is more tender but less fatty and tasty.
👉 PORTERHOUSE: The final part of the Florentine cuts where the fillet part is much larger, almost as much as the sirloin.

All the steaks are dry-aged in our restaurant and are cooked rare, for well-done meat you need a medical certificate!
